Calling all green thumbs! This May Landings will hold its Second Annual Garden Contest for all residents to participate in. Residents who wish to take part in this wonderful event are invited to add plants and flowers (annuals) to the flower beds in the front of the apartment buildings. Please remember that residents are not permitted to remove any existing shrubs or plants that are already in the beds.Everyone will have all month long to spruce up the front of their buildings and help make Landings a more beautifulplace to live. The judging will be held on Friday, May 30. The winners will receive:

1st Place—$300 off of June rent

2nd Place—$200 off of June rent

3rd Place—$100 off of June rent
