The Landings Guest Suite is a fully furnished residence available for short term rental. It is located on the grounds of our 26 acre apartment community in the heart of Middletown, RI. The Guest Suite is just seconds away from Naval Station Newport, local schools and colleges, shopping, restaurants and only 2 and a half miles away from Historic Newport, Rhode Island. Whether you are coming to town for just a couple of weeks, or staying for a few months- the Landings Guest Suite can be your "home away from home!"

The Suite is elegantly decorated with modern furnishings and fixtures. As you enter the suite you are welcomed by a cozy living room equipped with a 42-inch flat screen television, plush leather sofa and bookshelves filled with volumes of local area literature. 

Adjacent to the Guest Suite's living room is a beautifully appointed kitchen that opens to the suite's living area via a gourmet breakfast bar which creates the perfect place for guests to gather around. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher), beautiful maple cabinets and large sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony perfect for enjoying summer afternoons under the sun. Also integrated into the suite's kitchen is a laundry nook inclusive of a washer and dryer to help you with all of your laundry needs.

Just beyond the kitchen and living area are the suite's master bedroom, home office and bathroom. The bedroom is complete with a full size bed, dresser with mirror, nightstand with alarm clock and a second flat panel television.  Across the hall from the bedroom is the home office which includes an over sized work desk and two comfortable arm chairs perfect for conducting small client meetings or simply curling up with a good book. Right next door is the suite's luxurious bathroom which comes fully stocked with all the linens you will need throughout your stay with us.

The Landings Guest Suite also features plenty of closet space, recessed lighting throughout and central air conditioning and heat. The Suite also features professional on-site management and twenty-four hour emergency maintenance care should you need any assistance during your time here.
